Wildflower report – Round Top Trail (B to about 3.5 to 4 miles up the trail).
- Black Cohosh – Some – Past peak bloom.
- Coreopsis – Many – Past peak bloom but still many nice ones
- Curtiss Milkwort – Many – Just starting to bloom – some close to peak.
- False Foxglove – Few – Just starting to bloom – just feet from the trailhead.
- Flowering Spurge – Few – Just starting to bloom – at beginning of the trail.
- Heart Leaf Hedge Nettle – (1) – Almost at peak bloom.

- Indian Pipe – Few – At peak bloom.
- Ox Eye Daisy – (1) – At beginning of the trail.
- Pencil Flower – Few – Just approaching peak bloom – very small – a thrill to find!
- Reclining Saint Andrews Cross – Some – Just starting to bloom – Some at peak bloom – small but colorful.
- Red Clover – Few – Past peak bloom – At the beginning of the trail.
- Rosebay Rhododendron – Few – Well past peak bloom – mostly first 10th of mile up the trail.
- Spider Wort – (4) – Slightly past peak bloom.
- Star Grass – Some – At peak bloom.
- Starry Campion – Some – Mostly at peak bloom.
- Summer Sweet – One shrub with many blooms – Close to peak bloom – about 3 miles up the trail.
- Tick Trefoil – Few – Past peak bloom.
- Water Hemlock – (1) – Almost at peak bloom.
- White Top Aster – Many + – Various stages of the blooming process but most at peak bloom
- Wild Blue Phlox – Few – Past peak bloom.
- Wood Nettle – Some – At or just beyond peak bloom.
- Yellow Wild Indigo – One plant with many blooms – At peak bloom. Nice/colorful.
Note: The variety of flowers found on this trail at this time of year was a very pleasant surprise.
