With nearly 20 years of experience as a licensed Realtor in the Knoxville region, Sara Price has stepped into the role of broker and is fulfilling her dream of owning her own real estate firm, The Price Agency Realty Executives.

Price is bringing her expertise and energy to fuel The Price Agency with a full array of real estate services to include design and remodeling, new constructions, commercial, development and property management. Sara is excited about the soon-to-be-finished renovation of a historic home as the agency’s new office. Located at 2728 E Broadway, Maryville, Tennessee, the office will have room for the team’s 11 agents and staff.

Sara is a Pinnacle Award winner from Realty Executives Associates, the top award from the top company in East Tennessee. She was the youngest Realtor and youngest female recipient of the Pinnacle Award ever in 2021. She has earned this award now for three years in a row.

Turmoil in the industry? “This a time for brokers and agents to show their value,” says Sara. “The real estate industry has experienced an array of challenges over the past few years: record low interest rates, constant bidding wars due to low inventory, inflation of home values, NAR lawsuits over undisclosed commissions (none reported in TN) to soaring interest rates.

“As a real estate agent, now more than ever, it is crucial that we continue to work in good faith with full disclosure to ensure we represent our clients to the best of our ability.”
