A landscape photographer’s philosophy is to find the best outdoor lighting possible to reflect the beauty of a given scene.
While broad daylight hours can afford a beautiful vision – like cloud formations, lightning and rainbows – the best times of the day to capture the purest light are at sunrise and sunset.
In the early morning light or at twilight, the sun’s angle reflects off the clouds, water and even haze to showcase a colossal color palette. Having patience to wait for the miracle to occur is measured in minutes and seconds, not in hours.
Can you guess whether the photo depicts a sunrise or a sunset? You be the judge!
