Warranty Deeds (property sales) accounted for 262 recordings totaling $102.59 million in property value. Fifteen of those transfers were priced at $1 million or more. Three of the million-dollar properties were commercial properties.

The most valuable transfer of the week totaled $3.19 million. This sell, between Liberty Capital LLC and PC Investment Properties LLC, included 12 rental properties spread around East and North Knoxville.

The next highest value transfer was the property at 720 N Hall of Fame Drive (at the corner of E 5th). The Fraternal Order of Police Volunteer Lodge #2 sold the property to Market Scott LLC for $1.2 million

The third property was 4333 Galbraith School Road in South Knoxville. TW Property sold the former school property which was originally purchased by Knox County Schools in 1930, to TFU Hamsa LLC for $1.1 million.

The total value of the 333 Trust Deeds recorded was $168.22 million. The two largest of the 11 loans over one million dollars were for $3 million each.
