This Quechua native of the mountains of Peru is using a belt loom to create her wares. She had a beautiful smile and face that told of a hard life in the high Andes Mountains. Choosing to shoot from this viewpoint, without her face, her work and the colors of her clothing become the subject.
She worked so fast you can see a slight blur in her fingers. Truth be told, I might not have used a high enough shutter speed. These are a beautiful people in a fascinating country.
