Mission of Hope has named David Heatherly as its new executive director. The organization’s long-time director, Emmette Thompson, will be retiring at the end of the year.
A supporter and volunteer for the ministry, Heatherly currently sits on the Mission of Hope board. Originally from LaFollette, he and his wife, Charity, have four children. Heatherly will begin his new position on September 1, working alongside Thompson until the latter’s retirement.
