During the third week of March, a total of 1,338 documents were recorded: including 218 property transfers and 280 loans.
The 218 property transfers had a total value of $78.39 million. These included six residential sales over $1 million, but there were no commercial transfers valued at a million or more.
Loans for the week had a total of $101.5 million. The largest loan was funded by EMK investors for $32.29 million. Five other lenders hit the million dollar and over mark:
