If you’re anywhere near Halls High School on Saturday, July 13, 2024, drop by the benefit car show to support the Grant Gouldie family. Event is 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in parking lot at Halls High School. All donations will go directly to the Gouldie family. Additionally, Sadie Capps has set up a gofundme account here.

Gouldie is the young trooper with Tennessee Highway Patrol that Tom King has written about here and here. Grant and Amanda have three kids in middle and elementary school. He’s battling Stage 4 colon cancer and his friends have created an awesome benefit fundraiser.

  • $20 per vehicle to enter the car show (cars, motorcycles, jeeps)
  • Donation to touch a truck (KCSO bomb squad, K-9, SWAT, helicopter, cruiser, THP motor unit, critical incident response unit and roll-over demonstration)
  • Food trucks will be on-site
  • THP-escorted ride to Norris Dam, pulls out at 1 p.m.
