Three commercial properties were included in the 210 Warranty Deeds recorded in the second week of January. The value of all property transfers was more than $106 million dollars. A small apartment building in the Inskip area of North Knoxville was the lowest value of the commercial properties but still not a low value. GDP Properties LLC purchased the multi-unit building at 706 E Inskip for $1.05 million.
Market Square has seen many property owner changes over the years, and this past week 34 Market Square was added to the list for the tenth time since 1887. Hatcher Hill Investment Group IV LLC sold the building currently occupied by Earthbound Trading, 34 Market Square, to 34 Market Square LLC for $3 million dollars. Market Square offers a lot of great dining, shopping and fun to the residents of Knox County.
Top Golf Knoxville was the highest-value property transfer of the week. TN Furrow LLC sold the property at 11400 Outlet Drive to two parties for a total of $35.7 million. Two Virginia companies, ANS Property and Fay Properties LLC, each purchased 50%.
276 loans were recorded with a total of $83.3 million. The week netted seven loans over a million dollars, and there were three banks with two loans on the list. The highest-value loan was funded by Southeast Bank in the amount of $13 million dollars. The others:
