Gathering around the table with friends and family is reason enough to be thankful (at least in most cases!) Whether it’s with a large gathering or small, food is always the centerpiece. If you’re like me, using a recipe app on a cell phone or tablet seems like a great idea until your hands are covered in flour, and you have to keep putting in your passcode every time the screen shuts down.

In this digital world, there’s nothing better than a good old fashioned analog cookbook to help you keep up with a complicated recipe. It stays open to the page for flour-free consultation. The library has thousands of cookbooks to choose from. My personal favorite always trends toward the sweet side of life. Check out these cookbooks just on pies!

If you’re traveling with little ones, we have pre-loaded video players and tablets, that you can check out for the road! If the batteries go dead, it’s always fun to play the alphabet game over and over again.

Regardless of the circumstances you find yourself in, we hope you are filled with gratitude. And naturally, there are books about that too!
