Parkridge Community Organization is encouraging attendance at a public meeting tonight (12/06/22) at 6 p.m. at 2437 E. Magnolia Ave. to discuss redevelopment of the former Knoxville Baptist Tabernacle.
Developer Phil Lawson has purchased the property, according to a Parkridge post, and is hosting the meeting to show his plans to create a venue space for weddings and events. He is seeking community feedback.
“This will be a very significant development on the edge of our neighborhood. We would very much encourage attendance,” the post concluded.
