Suzanne Jackson, Savanah-based artist, will join Dr. Maria Magdalena Campos-Pons, consulting curator for KMA, on Tuesday, March 14, 5:30-7:30 p.m., to discuss her work in the Tennessee Triennial exhibition. Jackson typically works in large-scale, semi-sculptural “anti-canvases” which speak to the artist’s interest in nature, upcycling and humanity’s relationship with the planet. Although this is a free event and open to the public with a cash bar and light refreshments, Eventbrite reservations are requested. Info here.
