Rocky Hill: Parade is Saturday, Dec. 7, with events at Rocky Hill Center starting at 3:30 p.m. Live music starts at 4, including performances by Tinca Tinca and Josiah and the Greater Good. Parade starts at 6 p.m., beginning at the Rocky Hill Ballpark, continuing past Rocky Hill Elementary, down Morrell, turning onto Northshore and concluding at Rocky Hill Baptist Church.

Powell Christmas Parade: Saturday, Dec. 7, 5 p.m. The Powell Lions Club’s 42nd annual parade will step off from Powell Middle School, travel east on Emory Road and end at Powell High School. Registration Form. Info: here.

Town of Farragut Christmas Parade and Santa’s Village: The Town of Farragut Christmas Parade will begin at 4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 12, with a new route. The parade will begin on Jamestowne Boulevard at the Farragut Community Center and will continue up Jamestowne in front of Faith Lutheran Church and behind the Village Green Shopping Center, turning into the west entrance of the shopping center and ending at Santa’s Village. This year, Santa’s Village will be open 2-5 p.m. at Mayor Ralph McGill Plaza, beside the Farragut Skating Rink in Village Green Shopping Center. Info: farragutchristmasparade.com.

Farragut: More than 100,000 lights can be seen at Founders Park each night until 10 p.m. along Campbell Station Road from the I-40 commuter lot to the intersection of Campbell Station Road and Kingston Pike.

Regal’s Celebration of Lights: Gather in downtown Knoxville Friday, Nov. 29, for the lighting of the 42-foot tall Mickey Mallonee Christmas City Tree in the Krutch Park Extension. Enjoy live music at 5:15 p.m., with the tree lighting at 6 p.m. Free activities on Market Square will start after the tree lighting.
