Brawnco Distribution LLC has purchased property at 7140 Regal Lane in the Halls commercial district. The company will relocate from Dutch Valley Road “within a month or two,” said president and founder Taylor Babcock.
According to records from the Register of Deeds, the property was purchased from Taylor and Lewis LLC for $1.22 million. The building is part of the former Regal Entertainment complex developed by J.S. Ridenour.
Rachel and Taylor Babcock live in Halls and wanted to expand into the area, Taylor said. The business is in e-commerce and won’t offer on-site retail. According to the website, Brawnco handles over 1.6 million products in tools, personal protective equipment and industrial supplies.
Taylor Babcock has over a decade of experience in supply chain management, logistics operations, and data analytics. He graduated from the UT College of Business in 2013 with a BBA in logistics, materials and supply chain management.
