Employees at First Horizon’s South Grove Banking Center, 7555 Mountain Grove Drive, care about the community they serve.
“We try to do what’s best for our customers,” says Kimber Cato, relationship manager for the bank, which is in the South Grove shopping complex at the intersection of Chapman Highway and Gov. John Sevier Highway.
That’s included helping businesses with loans related to the Covid-19 pandemic, personally checking on customers who’ve been affected by the virus and even assisting individuals who’ve lost family members.
“We’ve had a lot of them dealing with the estates of loved ones,” she says. “We make sure we do what’s best for them.”
The lobby is open – along with the drive-through lanes – 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday-Friday. On Saturdays, employees rotate with the staff at First Horizon’s South Knoxville branch, 4416 Chapman Highway, so those employees don’t have to work every weekend.
Nestled between two extremely popular family-friendly restaurants – McDonald’s and Chick-fil-A – South Grove First Horizon has a friendly ambiance as well. The branch promotes community businesses with lobby displays that are also shared on social media. They also create displays to raise awareness of their services.
The First Horizon location is convenient to residents of South Knox County and Seymour as well as customers headed to Seymour and Sevier County.
Cato says the banking center can serve clients with everything from normal accounts to annuities, life insurance, HELOCs (home equity line of credit), personal loans, business loans, auto loans, credit cards, lines of credit and even mortgages.
