ET Realtors expands access to listings

East Tennessee Realtors MLS subscribers now can access properties for sale in a 69-county region without additional cost. President Justin Bailey and CEO Lyle Irish explain the new program in a one-minute video (scroll down). The new data-share agreements include all of East Tennessee to Chattanooga, along with counties in Kentucky, Virginia and Georgia.

“The agreements save everyone money and serve as channels to develop relationships and referrals throughout the Realtor community,” said Bailey. “Brokers, agents and appraisers now have access to as much complete information as possible while sharing information across multiple platforms.

“It’s a one-stop shop for listing information that increases exposure of agents’ listings and sellers’ properties to other licensed agents.”

Brokers and agents pay one MLS fee rather than buying multiple subscriptions. Data-sharing “breaks down borders and walls” between agents and nearby communities, Bailey added. “It’s a successful collaboration.”
